These operational terms explain the role of ISO Match while the service is used to review consultant expertise and coordinate introductions.
ISO Match's role
ISO Match facilitates private matching and introductions between organisations and independent consultants. It does not provide ISO consultancy or certification, employ consultants, or guarantee that a meeting will lead to an engagement, certification, or project result.
Direct engagement
The organisation and consultant are responsible for assessing fit, agreeing scope and terms, checking credentials, and entering any direct contract. Each party remains responsible for its own professional, legal, tax, insurance, and regulatory decisions.
Acceptable use
Information submitted to ISO Match must be accurate, lawful, relevant to the service, and provided with the right to use it. Do not submit misleading requirements or use the service to distribute unsolicited material.
Operational limitations
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Consultant availability, response times, and meeting arrangements may change. A proposed match within 48 working hours is a target, not a guarantee.
