Opportunity decisions
The consultant decides whether to accept or decline an opportunity after receiving the anonymised requirement summary. No introduction is confirmed until the consultant's consent has been recorded.
Privacy and disclosure
Consultant information is not published on the public website. Relevant opportunity details may be shared privately so that you can decide whether to accept or decline. If a meeting is arranged, relevant details are shared privately with both parties.
Direct contract responsibility
If an introduction proceeds, the consultant is responsible for assessing the organisation, agreeing scope and fees, maintaining appropriate insurance and professional standards, and delivering the work under a direct contract with the organisation.
